COMPLANT announced in the evening that the company and its subsidiary, Singapore Yade Co., Ltd., plan to sign a "Inverter Sales Contract for the Bulgaria St. George 225MWp Photovoltaic Power Station Project" with Zhongji Europe Limited Liability Company. The company and its subsidiary will provide procurement and export, transportation, agency, and other services related to inverters and other equipment for the project, with a contract amount not exceeding 50 million yuan. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction
