Wenergy Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Energy Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Wenergy Capital, plans to increase its holdings in the company within three months, with an amount not less than 75 million yuan and not exceeding 150 million yuan. Before the increase, Energy Group and its concerted parties held a total of 1.286 billion shares of the company, accounting for 56.74% of the total share capital. Wenergy Capital does not currently hold any shares of the company. There is no price range set for this increase, and the source of funds will be from its own funds.
