## Company Profile

公司创立于 1988 年，前身是海南琼港轻骑摩托车开发有限公司，系由山东济南轻骑摩托车总厂、海南省国营桂林洋农场和香港万乐佳有限公司三方共同出资设立的中外合作经营企业。1992 年改制为股份制企业，1994 年公司股票在深圳证券交易所挂牌上市。公司从事的主要业务为煤炭采掘及销售。主要产品为长焰煤。企业荣誉：被评为 “国家 AAAA 级物流企业”、“上海市名牌物流企业” 等。
