INFOTMIC's major shareholder DFZQ plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, INFOTMIC announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Dongfang Securities Co., Ltd. ("DFZQ"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement, with the maximum number of shares to be reduced not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital
