PKU HEALTHCARE announced that the twelfth meeting of the eleventh board of directors was held on August 8, and the meeting reviewed and approved the proposal on "Initiating the Name Change Work for the Company and Related Subsidiaries." The actual controller of the company has changed to Xu Xiren, and there is no equity relationship with Peking University. In order to clarify the current controlling relationship of the listed company and based on operational and business development needs, the company plans to gradually complete the relevant name change work to achieve "de-Peking University."
