According to statistics, this winter cultural tourism consumption season in Shaanxi Province closely aligns with winter consumption hotspots, focusing on themes such as ice and snow, hot springs, folk customs, food, and lantern festivals. The provincial, municipal, and county levels are working together, with departmental collaboration and government-enterprise cooperation, to launch over 1,000 themed activities related to ice and snow tourism, 140 winter tourism themed routes, and 133 measures to promote consumption in winter cultural tourism. A total of 664 winter cultural tourism promotional activities will be held across the province, with an estimated 31 million tourists participating and more than 100,000 winter cultural tourism consumption vouchers issued, valued at 16.5 million yuan
