Jushen announced that recently, the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Guangdong Jushen Storage Co., Ltd., Wuxi Jushen Storage Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Jushen Storage Co., Ltd., Foshan Sanshui Jushen Storage Co., Ltd., Shihezi Jushen Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd., and Xinjiang Jushen Land Port Intermodal Co., Ltd. decided to distribute profits to the company. As of the date of this announcement, the company has received a total of RMB 95.7 million in dividends from the aforementioned wholly-owned subsidiaries. Jushen Storage, Wuxi Jushen, Jiangxi Jushen, Sanshui Jushen, Shihezi Jushen, and Xinjiang Jushen are all wholly-owned subsidiaries included in the company's consolidated financial statements. The dividends received will increase the net profit of the parent company for the fiscal year 2025, but will not increase the net profit of the company's consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year 2025, and therefore will not affect the overall operating performance of the company for the fiscal year 2025
