ZGCMC announced that the company, together with Xi'an Heying Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and other limited partners, will invest in Yangzhou Dinglong Qishun Equity Investment Partnership. The total amount to be subscribed by all partners will not exceed RMB 950 million, of which the company plans to contribute no more than RMB 100 million, accounting for no more than 10.53% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership. The actual contribution made by the company is RMB 90 million, accounting for 9.47% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership. Recently, Yangzhou Dinglong Qishun Equity Investment Partnership has completed the filing procedures with the Asset Management Association of China and obtained the "Private Investment Fund Filing Certificate."
