According to the announcement from WuXi AppTec (001391.SZ), the company has signed a General Service Framework Agreement with Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (referred to as "Cathay Pacific") regarding the arrangements for cargo space sales agency and services, ground agency services, software services, cargo joint venture arrangements and services, leasing services, and other service arrangements. The initial term of the Framework Agreement is from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026. After the initial term or subsequent renewal periods expire, the Framework Agreement will automatically renew multiple times, each for a period of three years.

Based on the Framework Agreement signed between the company and Cathay Pacific, combined with historical transaction amounts and future business operation plans, the expected upper limits for related transactions in 2024, 2025, and 2026 are projected to be 281.5 million yuan, 307.5 million yuan, and 336.5 million yuan, respectively
