India imposes anti-dumping duties on Chinese vitamin A palmitate
On June 6th, the Indian Ministry of Finance's Tax Department announced that it accepted the affirmative final ruling recommendation made by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on March 10, 2025, regarding the anti-dumping duties on Vitamin A Palmitate originating from or imported from China, Switzerland, and the European Union. It decided to impose a 5-year anti-dumping duty on the involved products from China, Switzerland, and the European Union, as follows: for the involved Chinese producer, ShaoYuan XinHeCheng Bio-Chemical Co., Ltd., it is USD 14.95/kg; for other Chinese producers, it is USD 20.87/kg; for the Swiss producer DSM Nutritional Products Limited, it is USD 0.87/kg; for other Swiss producers, it is USD 8.2/kg; and for EU producers, it is USD 11.09/kg
