Septwolves: The controlling shareholder has released and re-pledged 78.75 million shares, with a cumulative pledge of 50.65% of their holdings
On May 28th, Septwolves announced that on May 26, 2025, its controlling shareholder Fujian Septwolves Group Co., Ltd. would release the pledge of 78.75 million shares, accounting for 30.39% of its holdings and 11.17% of the company's total share capital, and would handle a re-pledge of the same number of shares. As of the announcement date, the controlling shareholder had cumulatively pledged 131 million shares, accounting for 50.65% of its holdings and 18.62% of the company's total share capital
