Bauing Decoration announced that the listed company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Bauing Huike will sell their total 100% equity in Bauing Construction to the controlling shareholder, Dahengqin Group. This transaction will be conducted through a non-public agreement transfer, with Dahengqin Group paying the consideration using its debt claims against the listed company and some cash. After the transaction is completed, Bauing Construction will no longer be included in the consolidated financial statements of the listed company
