(hereinafter referred to as "WanFeng Aircraft"), is a professional general aviation manufacturer integrating independent research and development design, advanced manufacturing, and sales services. To accelerate the global development and application process in the low-altitude field, WanFeng Aircraft's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, heptus 591.GmbH, signed an "Asset Purchase Agreement" with Volocopter GmbH manager Tobias Wahl on March 6, 2025 (Central European Time March 5, 2025). Heptus 591.GmbH intends to acquire relevant tangible assets, intellectual property, and specific contractual rights and obligations from Volocopter GmbH to develop advanced eVTOL products and create a new business growth engine for the company. The funds for this acquisition will be sourced entirely from the company's own or self-raised funds, with the total book value of the relevant tangible assets and intellectual property amounting to approximately 42 million euros.
