The bid amount is approximately 2.904 billion yuan. Gezhouba EXPL is a holding subsidiary of the company, and the Guangdong Institute is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Energy Engineering Corporation. Both belong to related parties under the same control of China Energy Engineering Corporation, and this transaction constitutes a related party transaction
