RiseSun announced that its controlling shareholder, RiseSun Holdings, and its concerted party, RiseSun Venture Capital, have pledged 43,946,700 shares to Hebei Zhonghong Kaisheng Investment Co., Ltd., accounting for 100% of the shares held and 1.01% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is May 14, 2025, and it will expire from the date of application for release of the pledge. This pledge is for guarantee purposes. As of the announcement date, RiseSun Holdings and its concerted parties have cumulatively pledged 1.523 billion shares, accounting for 90.36% of the shares held and 35.03% of the company's total share capital
