Shiji Information Technology announced that the company plans to purchase 13.50% of the shares of Shenzhen Sihon Software Co., Ltd. from three trading parties, namely Shanghai Yunxin Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Zhang Yuhong, and Zhang Wei, through the issuance of shares. This includes 9.86% of the shares held by Shanghai Yunxin, 2.56% of the shares held by Zhang Yuhong, and 1.08% of the shares held by Zhang Wei. Before this transaction, the company held 66.23% of the shares of Sihon Software; after the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 79.73% of the shares of Sihon Software. This transaction is expected not to constitute a major asset reorganization, not to constitute a reorganization listing, and is also expected not to constitute a related party transaction
