Humon Share: Plans to issue no more than 2 billion yuan in medium-term notes and ultra-short-term financing bonds
Humon Share announced that in order to optimize its debt structure, reduce financial risks, and meet production and operational needs, the company plans to apply to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for the registration and issuance of a new phase of medium-term notes and ultra-short-term financing bonds. Among them, the issuance scale of medium-term notes will not exceed 2 billion yuan, with a term of no more than 5 years; the issuance scale of ultra-short-term financing bonds will also not exceed 2 billion yuan, with a maximum term of no more than 270 days. The raised funds will be used to repay bank loans, supplement working capital, and for other compliant purposes. This proposal has been approved by the board of directors and is subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting and registration approval by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors
