According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ORIENTAL YUHONG (002271.SZ) announced that the company signed a "Project Investment Agreement" with the People's Government of Shanglin County, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on September 24, 2025. The agreement stipulates that the company plans to invest 600 million yuan to construct the ORIENTAL YUHONG Shanglin County New Materials Industry Chain Project in Shanglin County. The construction content includes promoting product research and development and production projects, including but not limited to mining, primary processing of ores, deep processing, and special mortar for decorative marble slabs. This project will be constructed in a manner of "overall planning, unified land leasing, and phased implementation," with each phase planned to commence construction within three months after obtaining land (including leased land) and when the land is ready for construction, and to have products put into production within 18 months from the start of construction.

According to the agreement, the company's holding subsidiary, Nanning ORIENTAL YUHONG New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nanning ORIENTAL YUHONG"), will serve as the project implementation entity, investing no more than 600 million yuan (including mining rights) in the construction of the ORIENTAL YUHONG Shanglin County New Materials Industry Chain Project in Shanglin County with self-raised funds. On September 24, 2025, Nanning ORIENTAL YUHONG participated in the bidding for the mining rights of limestone for decorative use in Shipeng Village, Tanghong Township, Shanglin County, and successfully bid for 267 million yuan
