According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Fulin Precision (300432.SZ) announced that in order to further leverage their respective professional and resource advantages in the industrial field, continuously expand cooperation areas, and optimize the capacity layout in the lithium battery materials industry, the company has signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Sichuan Development Longmang Co., Ltd. ("SD Lomon") after friendly consultations. Both parties will carry out equity and capital cooperation and jointly invest to establish a joint venture company for the new high-pressure dense lithium iron phosphate cathode material project and precursor project.

The areas and content of this cooperation are as follows: 1. Equity and capital cooperation: Party A and Party B (and Party B's related parties) will jointly promote equity investment and capital cooperation regarding Party A's existing cathode material business. 2. Lithium iron phosphate project cooperation: Party A and Party B will jointly establish a joint venture company (Party A or its designated party holds 51%, Party B or its designated party holds 49%) to invest in the construction of a 100,000 tons/year high-pressure dense lithium iron phosphate project, which is proposed to be located in the Mianzhu City Deyang–Aba Ecological Economic Industrial Park. 3. Precursor project cooperation: Party A and Party B will jointly establish a joint venture company (Party A or its designated party holds 49%, Party B or its designated party holds 51%) to construct a 100,000 tons/year lithium dihydrogen phosphate precursor project, using lithium concentrate or lithium sulfate as raw materials, proposed to be located in the Mianzhu City Deyang–Aba Ecological Economic Industrial Park; at the same time, based on Party B's resource integration capabilities and the synergistic advantages of the circular economy industrial chain, the joint venture company will also construct a 100,000 tons/year ferrous oxalate project.

This external investment is aimed at meeting the company's needs for expanding the capacity of high-pressure dense lithium iron phosphate, business expansion, and achieving economies of scale. It is beneficial for further expanding capacity scale, optimizing capacity layout and industrial structure, enhancing the core competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities of the company's lithium iron phosphate cathode material business, and aligns with the company's development strategy and overall interests
