Xingmin ITS: Plans to establish a joint venture company to engage in the manufacturing of modular battery packs
On the evening of January 8th, Xingmin ITS announced that the company, Suzhou Modu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., the company's actual controller Gao Henan, and Shanghai Zhichi Technology Development Partnership intend to jointly establish Xingmin Modu Technology Co., Ltd., primarily investing in the disassemblable battery pack OEM business. Xingmin Modu has a registered capital of 35 million yuan, of which the company's subscribed capital contribution is 11.2 million yuan, accounting for 32%
