The three major indices of A-shares in Shanghai and Shenzhen opened with mixed trends, with photovoltaic stocks showing individual performance

Today (19th), the People's Bank of China conducted a 7-day reverse repurchase operation in the open market amounting to 580.3 billion yuan, with the operation interest rate remaining at 1.4%. Today, 114.6 billion yuan of reverse repos are maturing, resulting in a net injection of 465.7 billion yuan for the day. The central parity rate of the yuan against the US dollar was lowered by 37 points to 7.1359.
The three major indices of A-shares opened with mixed developments. The Shanghai Composite Index opened at 3,728 points, up less than 1 point or 0.01%. The Shenzhen Component Index opened at 11,827 points, down 7 points or 0.06%. The ChiNext Index opened down 9 points or 0.4%, at 2,596 points.
Banking stocks such as Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (601398.SH) and China Construction Bank (601939.SH) opened flat. In addition, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (300750.SZ) opened flat. BYD (002594.SZ) opened up 0.3%. Among leading chip stocks, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (688981.SH) opened down 0.7%.
Photovoltaic stocks showed mixed results, with KSTAR (002518.SZ) opening up 9.8%. Oujing Technology (001269.SZ) and Quartz Co., Ltd. (603688.SH) opened down 0.8% and 1.7%, respectively.
Aimeike (300896.SZ) opened down 1.5%, with its net profit for the first half of the year declining by 29.57% year-on-year
