CXJG: Subsidiary involved in 806 million arbitration, which may increase the company's financial pressure
Recently, Suzhou CXJG Co., Ltd.'s holding subsidiary, Yuan Sheng Zhi Hui, received the "Case Acceptance Notice" from the Fuzhou Arbitration Commission. Xianyou County Dingsheng Investment Co., Ltd. has applied for arbitration regarding the land use rights and building repurchase matters of Yuan Sheng Zhi Hui Industrial Park, with an amount involved of approximately 806 million yuan. The arbitration has been accepted but has not yet been heard, with Yuan Sheng Zhi Hui as the respondent. Based on the existing arbitration request, the company has accrued liabilities and expects that this arbitration will not have a significant impact on the current period's profit and loss. If Yuan Sheng Zhi Hui loses the case and fails to comply with the ruling, Xianyou Guocai may bear joint liability, triggering counter-guarantee responsibilities for the company. Excluding the already paid 399 million yuan deposit, the remaining repurchase principal of 407 million yuan will increase the company's financial pressure. As of the announcement date, this arbitration has not had a significant adverse impact on the company's main business
