India continues to impose anti-dumping duties on Chinese citric acid sodium
On May 8th, the Indian Ministry of Finance's Tax Department issued notification No. 10/2025-Customs, stating that it accepted the affirmative final ruling recommendation from the Indian Ministry of Commerce on the anti-dumping sunset review of sodium citrate originating from or imported from China, made on February 12, 2025. It decided to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on the products involved from China for a period of 5 years. The anti-dumping duty for the involved producers, Shandong Yingxuan Industrial Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Guoxin United Energy Co., Ltd., is set at USD 96.05 per ton, while the anti-dumping duty for other Chinese producers is USD 152.78 per ton. This case involves products under Indian Customs Code 29181520. The measures will take effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette
