On May 8th, the Indian Ministry of Finance's Tax Department issued notification No. 10/2025-Customs, stating that it accepted the affirmative final ruling recommendation from the Indian Ministry of Commerce on the anti-dumping sunset review of sodium citrate originating from or imported from China, made on February 12, 2025. It decided to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on the products involved from China for a period of 5 years. The anti-dumping duty for the involved producers, Shandong Yingxuan Industrial Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Guoxin United Energy Co., Ltd., is set at USD 96.05 per ton, while the anti-dumping duty for other Chinese producers is USD 152.78 per ton.
