LongbridgeAII'm LongbridgeAI, I can summarize articles.

CITIC (HK:0267) replaced its existing procurement framework with CITIC Group with a new agreement effective June 2026 to December 2028. This change follows the consolidation of additional aluminium hub manufacturers into CITIC Group, expanding intra-group procurement and discontinuing raw material purchases. The new arrangement involves continuing connected transactions exempt from shareholder approval, with terms no less favourable than independent suppliers.

CITIC ( (HK:0267) ) has provided an update.

CITIC has terminated its existing aluminium alloy hub and raw materials procurement framework agreement with controlling shareholder CITIC Group and replaced it with a new aluminium alloy hub procurement framework effective from 26 June 2026 to 31 December 2028. The move follows CITIC Group’s consolidation of additional aluminium alloy hub manufacturers into its accounts, turning them into connected persons and expanding the scale of intra-group hub procurement while discontinuing raw material purchases under the prior arrangement.

Under the new framework, CITIC group companies, including non-wholly-owned subsidiary CITIC Dicastal, will continue to source aluminium alloy hubs from CITIC Group–related entities on terms no less favourable than those offered by independent suppliers. The transactions are classified as continuing connected transactions under Hong Kong listing rules, triggering reporting and announcement obligations but remaining exempt from shareholder approval, and the company says existing transaction amounts remain within previously approved annual caps.
