According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huangshanghuang announced that it had previously disclosed plans to invest in acquiring a controlling stake in Guangdong Zhancui Food Co., Ltd. ("Zhancui Food"). As of the date of this announcement, the company has decided to terminate the planning of this acquisition of Zhancui Food's controlling stake due to the inability to reach an agreement on relevant terms with the controlling shareholder of the target of this transaction
