LONGDA: Plans to use HKD 453 million of idle raised funds to supplement liquidity, previously returned funds
On August 15, 2025, LONGDA held the third meeting of the sixth board of directors, reviewing and approving the proposal to temporarily supplement working capital with part of the idle raised funds. The company previously issued convertible bonds to raise 936 million and conducted a private placement of shares to raise 611 million. As of August 14, the remaining funds from the convertible bonds were 380 million, and the remaining funds from the private placement of shares were 73 million. In 2024, 495 million of idle raised funds were used for working capital, which has been fully repaid. This plan intends to use no more than 453 million of idle raised funds for working capital, of which no more than 380 million will be from convertible bonds and no more than 73 million from the private placement of shares, with a usage period of 12 months, expected to save approximately 15 million in financial expenses, and the relevant procedures are compliant
