After the absorption and merger, Beijing KHPG Biomedical, KHPG Planting, and Jishengtang will continue to operate, and the company's name and equity structure will remain unchanged. Beijing Hongjian, Chengdu Kangmao, and Xingshang Biotechnology will be legally deregistered, and all their assets, liabilities, businesses, personnel, relevant qualifications, and other rights and obligations will be legally inherited by Beijing KHPG Biomedical, KHPG Planting, and Jishengtang, respectively
