Xiamen Jihong Co., Ltd. has completed a placing of 9,371,500 new H shares under its general mandate on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with the shares representing about 12.13% of its issued H share capital and 2.09% of total issued shares excluding treasury stock after enlargement. The placing was executed at HK$12.24 per H share, a discount of roughly 16–17% to recent market prices, and the shares were allocated to at least six independent investors, none of whom became a substantial shareholder, while the company will complete the required CSRC filings.
