According to the Qichacha APP, recently, YLYT Cultural and Creative Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Sheng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million yuan. The business scope includes literary and artistic creation; retail of arts and crafts and collectibles; industrial design services; software sales; and artificial intelligence application software development, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Shanghai Kuaiya Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Zhifuyun Network Technology Co., Ltd., both under YLYT
