Starting from February 21, 2025, within three months after fifteen trading days, Mr. Zheng reduced his holdings by 500,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.12% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price range was between RMB 15.31/share and RMB 27/share. After the reduction, Mr. Zheng holds 3.5 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.81% of the company's total share capital.
