According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TD Online (002995.SZ) announced that the company plans to purchase 100% equity of Shanghai Jiato Internet Technology Group Co., Ltd. held by Zhang Fu and Shanghai Jina Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise supporting funds. The company received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 11, 2025, regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds by Beijing Quanshi TD Online Network Information Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange verified the application documents submitted by the company in accordance with relevant regulations, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them
