SINOPACK: Shareholder Guoyuan Fund plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of the company's shares
SINOPACK announced that its shareholder Guoyuan Fund plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.510529 million shares, or no more than 1% of the total shares of the company, within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, through centralized bidding and/or block trading. The reason for the reduction is that Guoyuan Fund has entered the liquidation period, and the partnership will expire on December 31, 2027. Based on its asset allocation needs and related investment decisions, it intends to reduce its holdings of shares prior to the company's initial public offering
