Henderson Land Development (0012) disclosed that it bought 520,000 shares of Sunlight REIT (0435) in the market on June 26 at an average price of HK$2.1785 per share, for a total consideration of HK$1.1328 million, according to Ming Pao. After the purchase, Henderson Land’s stake in Sunlight REIT increased from 15.77% to 15.8%.
