China Silver Technology Holdings Limited reported that its business operations continue but at reduced capacity due to funding shortages that limit its ability to buy raw materials and force it to prioritize customers willing to pay in advance or work with extended supplier credit. As a result, the group expects revenue for the six months ended 30 June 2026 to fall by about 40% to 50% compared with the same period a year earlier.

The company, which remains under resumption guidance and continued trading suspension on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, is actively seeking debt or equity financing to replenish working capital and restore operations to normal levels. Management also highlighted that cash flow and liquidity pressures have delayed its 2024-25 annual results and led to overdue payments to staff and service providers, staff departures, service suspensions, and disputes with creditors, prompting efforts to allocate limited funds to reduce these arrears.
