CHAOWEI POWER: Independent non-executive director Wu Zhijie has been transferred to executive director

CHAOWEI POWER announced that starting from October 14, 2025, independent non-executive director Wu Zhijie will be transferred to executive director, and Mr. Wu will no longer serve as a member of the company's nomination committee, audit committee, and remuneration committee. Zhang Fan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the company's nomination committee and audit committee, while Sun Wenping has been appointed as a member of the company's remuneration committee

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CHAOWEI POWER (00951) stated that starting from October 14, 2025:

Independent non-executive director Mr. Wu Zhijie has been transferred to executive director. Mr. Wu is no longer a member of the company's nomination committee, audit committee, and remuneration committee;

Mr. Zhang Fan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the company's nomination committee and audit committee; and

Mr. Sun Wenping has been appointed as a member of the company's remuneration committee
