Wan Kei Group Holdings reported a significant increase in revenue to HK$402.6 million for the year ended 31 March 2026, up from HK$301.1 million a year earlier, driven by improved project performance and higher gross profit of HK$70.3 million. Despite the topline growth, the group remained loss-making, though its loss attributable to shareholders narrowed to HK$29.2 million from HK$51.4 million, and the board decided not to recommend a final dividend as the company focused on strengthening its balance sheet, with net assets rising to HK$65.5 million and cash and cash equivalents reaching HK$117.4 million.

Operating loss was reduced to HK$18.9 million as general and administrative expenses fell and overall cost control improved, even as selling expenses increased with business expansion. The narrower net loss and higher asset base suggest a gradual recovery in financial health, but the continued absence of dividends underscores the company’s cautious stance and the need to further stabilise profitability for the benefit of shareholders and other stakeholders.
