WellCell Holdings has launched Novax AI, an enterprise-focused artificial intelligence and computing power service platform that provides cloud GPU resource leasing, compute optimization, model gateway functions and AI-driven operations. By integrating global computing resources via a unified access platform, it aims to help enterprises and developers train models, deploy inference tasks and manage cross-regional computing capacity for scalable, reliable AI applications.

The company plans to roll out additional Novax AI PaaS offerings, including a computing power dispatch engine and a Token Router product, in the third quarter of this year, deepening its move into AI infrastructure. Management believes the new platform aligns with its existing businesses and will open up further commercial opportunities, potentially strengthening its competitive position and creating value for shareholders as AI demand accelerates.
