China National Building Material falls more than 3% to 52-week low after profit warning
China National Building Material (3323.HK) fell more than 3% in Hong Kong trading to HK$3.590, reaching a 52-week low.
The decline comes after the company issued a profit warning, forecasting a net loss of approximately RMB 890 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared to a profit of about RMB 1.36 billion in the same period last year. The swing from profit to loss was primarily driven by declines in selling prices of core products including cement, ready-mix concrete, and aggregates, along with increased asset impairment provisions.
