Montage Technology said its DDR5 RCD chip shipments increased significantly in the first half of the year, while shipments of the third- and fourth-generation RCD chips accounted for a larger share. According to Jin10, the company also said revenue from its new interconnect chip products MRCD/MDB, PCIe Retimer, CKD and CXLMXC rose significantly, and it plans to complete engineering development of its third-generation MRCD/MDB chip this year.
