Oil Stocks Gain: PetroChina and CNOOC Rise Over 2%

PetroChina (00857.HK) advanced 2.61% to HK$9.815, while CNOOC (00883.HK) climbed 2.42% to HK$24.5. Mainland Chinese banks held steady, with CCB (00939.HK) and ICBC (01398.HK) both up nearly 1%. J&T Express (01519.HK) surged nearly 5% to HK$10.31.
