Lone Star Funds shared the completion of the acquisition of a multi-family residential portfolio in central Tokyo. The acquisition includes a total of 1,166 units, comprising a 35-story residential tower with 505 units and a campus with five buildings, four for residential purposes and one for retail, located in the Shinkawa and Tsukuda submarkets of Chuo Ward in Central Tokyo.
