YaGuang Technology announced that its controlling shareholder Hunan Haifei Holdings Co., Ltd. pledged 14.5 million shares of the company on July 16, 2025, accounting for 8.42% of its holdings and 1.42% of the company's total share capital. This pledge is intended to supplement working capital. Haifei Holdings and its concerted actor Mr. Li Yuexian collectively hold 199 million shares of the company, accounting for 19.45% of the company's total share capital.
