According to the bid notification, the transaction amount for the first phase of the leachate treatment station (upgrade) is 22 million yuan, and the transaction amount for the second phase of the leachate treatment station (upgrade) is 19.8 million yuan, with a total transaction amount for the project of 41.8 million yuan
