According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Staidson BioPharm has announced a plan for a private placement of shares in 2025, with the total amount of funds raised not exceeding (including) RMB 1.253 billion. The net amount of funds raised after deducting relevant issuance costs will be fully used for the following projects: RMB 883 million for innovative drug research and development projects; RMB 370 million for supplementing working capital
