The two parties will focus on "prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and management" as a core, using the "WeChat + WeChat Work" service ecosystem as a connector to create a comprehensive health management solution covering both in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings, from top hospitals to grassroots institutions and home scenarios. They will also jointly operate C-end health management products, accelerating Dian Diagnostics' products in areas such as tumor early screening, chronic disease management, and genetic disease testing, linking with Tencent Medical Encyclopedia, Health Medicine Box, and medical insurance/commercial insurance payment ecosystems to launch customized health management packages of "testing + interpretation + intervention + follow-up + insurance," covering families, workplaces, and elderly groups, bridging the connection between B-end and C-end.

Co-creating "County Medical Community + Grassroots Smart Healthcare" Solutions

The two parties will jointly launch an integrated solution of "Dian Medical Testing Services + Tencent Smart Healthcare Services," covering scenarios such as remote consultations, AI-assisted diagnosis, mutual recognition of test results, and expert training, empowering county medical communities to build a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system of "grassroots first diagnosis, two-way referral, acute and chronic separation, and vertical linkage." Targeting secondary and tertiary medical institutions, both parties will integrate the full-dimensional multi-modal high-quality data from Dian Diagnostics in the fields of pathology, biochemistry, and mass spectrometry, based on Tencent Cloud's TDSQL, TBDS, and other distributed data governance tools and multi-omics management platforms, to construct a unified, secure, and compliant medical testing big data platform, thereby fully releasing the value of data elements. Tencent Health will create a hybrid architecture of "core data local private cloud + non-core business Tencent public cloud" for Dian Diagnostics, achieving elastic scheduling of computing power and cost optimization, providing a solid and reliable digital infrastructure for business innovation.
