SUNHERE announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hefei Sunhere Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., recently participated in the bidding for the land use rights of the TC4-3-2 plot in the High-tech Zone of Hefei City, Anhui Province, and has signed the "State-owned Construction Land Use Rights Transfer Contract" with the Hefei Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources. The land area of the plot is 13,100 square meters, designated for industrial use, with a transfer period of 50 years, and the total land price is 5.0131 million yuan. Hefei Sunhere will use this plot to build a research and development center and production base in Hefei, aiming to enhance research and development innovation capabilities, optimize product structure, and achieve a strategic layout in the high-end pharmaceutical excipients market. The funds for purchasing the land use rights will come from the company's own funds and will not affect the company's business independence and financial status
