Tus-Design: The transfer of equity in the holding subsidiary has been completed

Tus-Design announced that the company held a board meeting on September 22, 2025, and approved the proposal to transfer the equity of its controlling subsidiaries Beijing Bilude and Shenzhen Bilude.
