HLADI announced that the company recently received the "Notice of Administrative Penalty Pre-Disclosure" issued by the Nanchang Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. Due to the suspected illegal subcontracting of the greening EPC project on both sides of Jinshan Avenue, the company was found to have violated Article 28 of the "Construction Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant provisions of the "Management Measures for the Identification and Handling of Illegal Acts in Construction Project Contracting." According to Article 62 of the "Regulations on the Quality Management of Construction Projects," the company was imposed an initial administrative penalty of RMB 320,000 and the confiscation of illegal gains amounting to RMB 7,062,100, totaling RMB 7,382,100. The final penalty result shall be subject to the "Administrative Penalty Decision."
