MINDEO's major shareholder NEWLAND plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MINDEO announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, NEWLAND Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "NEWLAND"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.4194 million shares, which is no more than 2% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special account, within three months from the 15 trading days after the announcement date (from March 19, 2025, to June 18, 2025) through centralized bidding and/or block trading

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MINDEO (300656.SZ) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, NEWLAND Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "NEWLAND"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3,419,400 shares, which is no more than 2% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special account, within three months from the 15th trading day after the announcement date (from March 19, 2025, to June 18, 2025) through centralized bidding and/or block trading
