A-share closing review: The three major stock indices surged sharply in the afternoon, with the oil and gas and pharmaceutical commercial sectors strong throughout the day
On July 14th, Jinshi Data reported that the three major A-share indices rebounded after hitting a low. By the close, the Shanghai Composite Index rose by 1.36%, the Shenzhen Component Index increased by 2.77%, and the ChiNext Index climbed by 3.43%. The total trading volume in the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets was 2.7 trillion yuan, a decrease of 113.8 billion compared to the previous trading day. In terms of sectors and individual stocks, the oil and gas extraction and services sector opened high and rose further, with Tong Petrotech, ZPEC, and Blue Flame Holding hitting the daily limit, while Keli Co., Ltd. once surged over 25%. The pharmaceutical commercial sector opened low but rose high, with Hezong Medicine Easy-To-Buy Pharmaceutical and HRPC hitting the daily limit, and C&D INNOSTIC, Huaren Health, and DSL leading in gains. The components sector exploded in the afternoon, with Sytech, WUS, GDM, and DSBJ hitting the daily limit, while NANYA NEW MATERIAL, SYE, and Yihao New Materials saw significant gains. The commercial aerospace concept stocks continued to decline, with China Spacesat, SHANGHAI GEOHARBOUR, StarNeto, AEROSPACE POWER, and Juli Inc. hitting the daily limit, while Aerospace Huanyu and ESSENCE FASTENING SYSTEMS (SHANGHAI) fell over 10%
